Sustainability Web Accessibility
What is the meaning of "Website Standards"?
"Accessibility is a Civil Rights issue and inaccessible
Web sites violate the effective communications requirement
of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as well as provisions
of Section
504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Just as the rights
of disabled people are ensured by providing closed captioning
for television programs, auditory crosswalk indicators or elevators
and ramps in buildings with stairs, so too is it our obligation
and responsibility to similarly accommodate the needs of the
disabled when it comes to accessing electronic systems and
data." -- from UCSB Web Accessibility Guidelines
More information can be found at the Section 508 Homepage
This website is intended to be standards compliant:

To change the text size, click on each letter A image to set the font to your preferred size. This feature requires Javascript. If Javascript is disabled on your computer, there are still ways to change the text size, detailed below.
To increase or decrease the text size:
To manually change the text size, hold down the CTRL key while using the + (plus) and - (minus) keys.
Printing
The website is especially optimized so that when printing content from any page, the information fits on the printed page and excludes superfluous information like the menus. The URLs of links are also printed out in full for convenience.
