UCSB Ecological Coalition (E-Coalition)

Over 30 Student Organizations to choose from...

The Ecological Coalition (a.k.a. the "E-Coalition"), is a network for campus-based environmental, ecological, and sustainability-oriented groups.

There is a huge array of environmentally-minded organizations at UCSB. And although each one is very different in its size and scope, in one way or another, all of the clubs seek to make our campus, our community, and in turn our planet, a healthier and happier place to live.

The E-Coalition serves to coordinate the efforts of member groups, ease communication, provide updates on various campaigns, gather extra volunteers for projects or events, and generate publicity and recognition through the joining of forces.

Feel Good SB

Meeting Time: TBA
Location: TBA
Herschel Colbert
herschel.colbert@gmail.com

Who we are? FeelGood was started in 2004 at UT Austin with an idealistic, almost guerilla mindset. Two students took some loafs of bread and one kind of cheese and just set up some George Forman grills on campus, the intent to give the money raised to hunger. 5 years and 21 campuses later, we met you. Of course a lot of exciting things happened between now and then, but the basic premise remained the same: to provide a delicious and quality panini-style grilled cheese (and sans cheese for our vegan friends) for "free." We charge only what makes the students "feel good" because they know all their donation is going to sustainable methods in ending poverty/world hunger.
