Katie Maynard is the Director of Sustainability at University of California, Santa Barbara. She develops multi-divisional programs within the university and multi-agency programs between the campus and the community. She is a co-lead of the UC Healthy Campus Network and chair of the Health and Wellbeing Working Group for UCOP Sustainability. She manages the UCSB Sustainability Internship Program hosting over 80 paid interns each year. Ms. Maynard is also a Planning Commissioner for the City of Goleta and was awarded the UC Sustainability Champion Award in July 2019.
